This suite is available 1 June 2021 for $1800/month plus utilities (you arrange your own Hydro account as you have your own meter plus Internet/cable/phone if you want it). Water/sewer/garbage is shared with the upstairs suite based on the number of people in the house and averages out to about $1.25/person/day. For the consideration of everyone on the property, there is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. As there are stairs leading down to the front entrance the suite is not wheelchair accessible. We are happy to consider a small pet with a pet deposit. Both references and a one year lease required. COVID protocols for viewing: please limit those viewing to 1 or 2 persons and everyone must be free of COVID symptoms, not been exposed to someone with COVID, not been ordered to isolate, not been travelling to an area of an outbreak, not been living/working/going to school in a setting where there is an outbreak. We are required to collect names and contact information of all those viewing the suite and this is only to be used for COVID screening. Masks are required while viewing the suite and you cannot touch anything but we are happy to open things/turn on things for you.
